Vartex Global LTD provides digital web design templates, themes, and other downloadable products.
All purchases are processed securely through our payment partner Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.

2. Digital Product Nature

All of our products are digitally delivered and available for instant download immediately after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital content, refunds are only granted under limited circumstances, as described below.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests are considered valid in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery of product:
    Due to technical issues or system errors, if you do not receive the download link or access to your files after successful payment.
  • Duplicate payment:
    If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • Corrupted or defective file:
    If the downloaded files are broken, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

4. Ineligible Refund Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product was successfully downloaded or accessed.
  • The issue is due to a lack of technical knowledge (e.g., how to upload or edit templates).
  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The purchase was made by mistake but the product was delivered.
  • The product did not meet the customer’s expectations if the demo or description matched the purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund
